–      Leaking but not broken → full refund or replacement, no questions asked (just *photo proof)

–      Broken after delivery due to customer mishandling → not covered

*Required photo proof for replacement within a 7–14 business day window of delivery. Photo must include evidence of damage, along with shipping container .
